Priced in observations.
An observation is one value: one field, one record, one period. Twenty fields across 2,500 stores for a month is 50,000 of them. That is the whole unit — you pay for rows that arrive, never for seats, portals, or a demo call.
See rows before you pay anything.

When you hit the cap
The meter stops, nothing deletes. Extra observations bill at the same rate as the ones you already bought.
Switching tiers
Upgrade mid-month and you keep the observations you paid for. Downgrade at the next renewal.
What every tier gets
The full field dictionary, definitions and examples, coverage notes, and sample rows. On all three. Before payment, even.
