Green boro taxi reaches to August 2013, general FHV trips to January 2015 and high-volume Uber and Lyft-class records to February 2019, with every series extending into 2026.

Which companies appear by name in the ride-hail records?

High-volume records identify the dispatching base by TLC license number: HV0003 is Uber, HV0005 is Lyft, HV0004 is Via and HV0002 is Juno. Operator share curves can therefore be computed directly from trips rather than inferred from company disclosures, zone by zone.

Can each fare be broken out line by line?

Yes. Taxi rows carry the metered fare, extras, MTA tax, tip, tolls, improvement surcharge, NYS congestion surcharge, airport fee and the per-trip Congestion Relief Zone fee effective January 5, 2025, alongside the total charged. High-volume rows add base passenger fare against driver pay.
