Straight answers about Wikipedia data
What Wikipedia data does Datadory deliver?
Nine collections across six industries: the semiconductor fabrication plant list covering several hundred fabs, the world's 100 largest banks by total assets, the global top-25 mobile operators, about 218 US MVNO brands mapped to host networks, all 503 S&P 500 constituent rows with GICS codes, 62 US public REITs, ten semiconductor market time-series tables, the MVNO taxonomy, and Berkshire Hathaway's holdings and financial tables.
How many rows are in the biggest collections?
The fabrication plant list runs to several hundred operating and closed fabs. The S&P 500 file holds 503 rows covering 500 companies - dual share classes explain the difference. The US MVNO directory spans about 218 brand rows across five tables, and the bank ranking holds 100 institutions across 24 countries.
How far back do the time series go?
The Berkshire returns table runs annually from 1965 against the S&P 500. Semiconductor industry sales start in 1987, vendor rankings reach back to 1975, and device shipment estimates begin in 1954. The fab list covers production starts from 1960 through planned future openings.
Can I get just one slice of a collection?
Yes. Samples are cut to your filters - one country out of the 24 in the bank ranking, one property sector out of the REIT universe, one process node out of the fab list. Request the sample first; commit to a cadence only after the rows check out.
