Ladder snapshots are micro; the associations publish the aggregate view that explains them. ECIA's Industry Pulse survey (formerly ECST) runs monthly and quarterly across six electronic component categories, six semiconductor subcategories and eight end markets, measuring sales expectations, cancellations, decommits and lead-time trends, and its Component Lead Times series tracks average lead times from major high-service and e-catalog distributors across eight semiconductor, eight passive and eleven electromechanical types. SIA's monthly billings releases, compiled by WSTS, arrive roughly five weeks after the reference month with three-month moving averages broken down by Americas, Asia Pacific/All Other, China, Europe and Japan - and the subscription dashboard behind them carries revenue, units and average selling prices across 216+ categories back to 1976, the only true historical ASP series in the wider pool.
