EPA publishes yearly TRI bulk files with no registration or integration key: one year's national Basic Plus set runs about 330 MB uncompressed across 10 files, covering facility releases to air, water and land plus off-site transfers back to reporting year 1987. Files were most recently refreshed in November 2025.
Does TRI require an integration key?
No. The Envirofacts REST service returns JSON, XML or CSV without authentication across confirmed tables such as tri_facility, tri_chem_info and tri_chem_activity. Because several release-level table names answer "The table is not available", verify exact names before committing any pipeline to the service.
