Does any regulator publish production at the individual well level outside the United States?
Brazil's ANP does, reporting monthly volumes per well, field and operator since 2005, including an explicit pre-salt polygon subset. Norway's Sodir FactPages and the UK NSTA stop at field level - monthly per field and daily per field or wellbore respectively - so cross-jurisdiction well comparisons usually mean joining ANP rows to a national well register.
