The two account-102 rows are the instructive pair. Same business, two permissions: one active ancillary remote licence granted mid-April 2026, one pending non-remote application. That one-business-many-licences shape is why the register carries 4,523 licence rows under 2,658 accounts - and why any 'number of operators' claim needs to state which unit it counts. The statistics side aggregates above all of it: GBP 16.8 billion of gross gambling yield for FY 2024-25 spread across 8,234 premises and 2,179 operators, reported by sector rather than by company.
